Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, joining a business, or using Texeva, you agree to these terms. If you use Texeva for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

2. Description of Service

Texeva provides tools for managing customers, products, quotes, invoices, expenses, payments, reports, and team access. Features may change as the service improves, and some capabilities depend on your selected plan.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us of unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed at the price and interval shown when you subscribe. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically. Applicable taxes and payment-provider charges may be added where required. We will provide reasonable notice of material pricing changes.

5. Free Plan and Upgrades

Free-plan limits are described on the pricing page. Reaching a limit may prevent new records from being created until you upgrade, but existing records will not be removed solely because a limit was reached.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Texeva to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malicious software, access another business without permission, interfere with service availability, or attempt to bypass security and plan controls. You remain responsible for the content and records entered into your business account.

7. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into Texeva. You authorize us to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

8. Intellectual Property

Texeva, its software, brand, interfaces, and documentation remain our property or the property of our licensors. These terms grant you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Texeva technology or branding.

9. Termination

You may stop using Texeva or cancel a paid subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, fraud, or non-payment. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

10. Limitation of Liability

Texeva is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Texeva entity providing your service, without overriding consumer protections or mandatory rights that apply in your location. We will try to resolve disputes informally before formal proceedings begin.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material updates will be communicated through Texeva or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
